funding to  buy the land,

create the company and put into operation a VILLA.

We are looking for investors who would like to join us.

The total required funding is up to 990.000 euros.

At the moment (February 2012), we are focusing on the 2nd step of the Project:

Building 12 rooms, a restaurant and the Dive Center

We already found some new investors and

gathered 350.000 Euros.

We offer shares for still missing 250.000 Euros.

The minimum share is 30.000 Euros

We offer:

period of investment: 5 years 

Yearly guaranteed interest: 7 % (to be paid at the end of the 5 years)

If on the 6th year, you reinvest the capital

for 5 new years, you become a

shareholder of our company and will be entitled to

a minimum of 8% of your investment as yearly dividends.
